At its inception, the Company's shareholders are PT Bank Central Asia and the Japan Leasing Corporation. Kesempatan Berkarir di PT. INDOSAT Tbk

PT Indosat Tbk was established by the Government on November 10, 1967 as a foreign investment company to provide international telecommunications services in Indonesia and began commercial operations in September 1969 to build, transfer and operate an International Telecommunications Satellite Organization, or Intelsat, earth station in Indonesia to access Intelsat’s Indian Ocean Region satellites for a period of 20 years. As a global consortium of international satellite communications organizations, Intelsat owns and operates a number of telecommunications satellites.

Following regulatory changes in the Indonesian telecommunications industry in 1999 and 2000, we began implementing a strategy designed to transform us from being Indonesia’s primary international telecommunications provider into a leading, fully integrated telecommunications network and service providerin Indonesia. In 2000, the Government’s introduction of the Telecommunications Law, which encourages industry liberalization, directly impacted our business. In 2001, as part of the Government’s initiative to restructure the telecommunications industry, we entered into an agreement with Telkom to eliminate our respective crossshareholdings in several operating subsidiaries, including:

our acquisition of Telkom’s 22.5% ownership interest in Satelindo;
Telkom’s acquisition of our 35.0% ownership interest in Telkomsel; and
our acquisition of Telkom’s 37.2% ownership interest in Lintasarta and the purchase of Lintasarta’s convertible bonds held by Telkom.

Subsequent to the agreement with Telkom, we acquired an effective 45.0% ownership interest in Satelindo, through our acquisition of PT Bimagraha Telekomindo, or Bimagraha, in 2001 and acquired the remaining 25.0% ownership interest in Satelindo from DeTe Asia in June 2002. To strengthen Satelindo’s capital structure and remove certain restrictive covenants arising from Satelindo’s indebtedness, we made an additional capital contribution to Satelindo totaling US$75.0 million in July 2002.

In August 2002, we entered the domestic telecommunications sector by obtaining a license to provide local fixed network services in the Jakarta and Surabaya areas. We deployed approximately 13,000 lines in those areas to provide local fixed telephone services and announced our strategic objective to become a leading fully integrated telecommunications network and service provider in Indonesia. In 2002, the Government divested 517.5 million shares, representing approximately 50.0% of our outstanding Series B shares at the time, in two stages. In May 2002, the Government sold 8.1% of our outstanding shares through an accelerated global tender.

In December 2002, the Government divested 41.9% of our outstanding Series B shares to a former subsidiary of STT. As of March 31, 2009, the Government owned 14.29% of our outstanding shares, including the one Series A share, and ICLM and ICLS owned approximately 65.0% of our outstanding Series B shares. ICLM and ICLS are owned by Qtel. The remaining 20.71% of our outstanding Series B shares is owned by public shareholders as of March 31, 2009. See “Item 6: Directors, Senior Management and Employees—Share Ownership.”

On November 20, 2003, we merged with Satelindo, Bimagraha and IM3 and all assets and liabilities of such legacy subsidiaries were transferred to us on such date. Since entering the Indonesian cellular market through our acquisition of Satelindo and establishment of IM3 and the subsequent integration of such companies in 2003, cellular services have become the largest contributor to our operating revenues.

On June 22, 2008, Qtel purchased all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of each of ICLM and ICLS, pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated June 6, 2008 between Qtel and STT, a company incorporated in Singapore. Pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement, Qtel, through its subsidiary, Qatar South East Asia Holding S.P.C., acquired the capital stock of ICLM and ICLS from Asia Mobile Holdings Pte. Ltd., or AMH, a company incorporated in Singapore, which is 75.0% indirectly owned by STT Communications Ltd. and 25.0% indirectly owned by Qtel. Following this acquisition, a change of control occurred in Indosat and Qtel, and its wholly owned subsidiaries, ICLS and Qatar South East Asia Holding S.P.C., conducted a mandatory tender offer to acquire up to 1,314,466,775 Series B Shares, representing approximately 24.19% of our total issued and outstanding Series B Shares (including Series B Shares represented by ADSs), at a purchase price of the U.S. dollar equivalent of Rp369,400 per ADS and Rp7,388 per Series B Share, net to the seller in cash (without interest and subject to any required withholding of taxes). Following settlement of the tender offer on March 5, 2009, Qtel and its subsidiaries hold approximately 65.0% of our outstanding share capital.

Tips Menghadapi Interview

Persiapan sebelum interview :
  1. Bekali diri dengan pengetahuan tentang perusahaan yang kamu lamar, baik itu sejarahnya, bergerak dibidang apa, visi-misi, struktur organisasi dan lain sebagainya.
  2. Kalo jam terbang interview kamu kurang banyak, coba berlatih pertanyaan2 yang sering ditanyakan saat interview
  3. Pastikan kondisi tubuh prima, tidak sakit2an, cukup makan n istirahat.
  4. Perhatikan penampilan saat interview. Berpakaianlah rapi, sopan, n formal. Gunakan aksesoris yang sewajarnya, jangan berlebihan. Berpenampilan lah layaknya seorang professional J
Ketika di ruang interview :
  1. Pastikan tidak datang terlambat, karena itu akan berpengaruh pada penilaian kamu. Datanglah 30 menit sebelumnya.
  2. Masuklah kedalam ruangan dengan mengetuk pintu n mengucapkan permisi atau selamat siang dll.
  3. Duduklah setelah dipersilahkan, tapi jika tidak dipersilahkan2 tanyalah “Apakah saya boleh duduk?”
  4. Jawablah pertanyaan dengan percaya diri, jujur, tidak ngada-ngada, yakin, n santai. Jangan sekali2 memotong pembicaraan. Tampilkanlah wajah ketertarikan, tapi tidak berlebihan. Jaga eye contact dengan penginterview.
Pertanyaan² yang BIASANYA ditanyakan saat wawancara kerja:
  1. Ceritakan tentang diri Anda
    Ini pertanyaan yang PALING SERING ditanyakan saat interview dan paling sering dijawab dengan salah.
    Contoh jawaban yg kurang tepat:
    Usia saya 21 tahun, lahir di Jogja, 1 Januari 1987. Anak ke 2 dari 5 bersaudara. Ayah saya pegawai negri, Ibu saya Ibu Rumah Tangga. Hobi saya jalan-jalan, nonton, dan baca komik.dst dst..Yang tepat, jawablah dengan jawaban seputar your strengths and weaknesses point. Jangan cuma cerita yg bagus2 tentang diri kamu karena nanti bisa dikira sombong , ceritakan juga tentang kelemahan anda tapi dengan kemasan yang baik. Contohnya:
    Saya orang yang optimis, pekerja keras, kreatif, dan punya inisiatif tinggi. Saya mampu bekerja secara independent maupun bekerja sama dalam tim. Kadangkala saya suka lupa akan hal-hal kecil, tapi untuk menutupi kelemahan saya itu, saya selalu menyiapkan notepad kecil untuk mencatat segala hal agar tidak lupa. (ini kelemahan yg dikemas dengan baik).
  2. Kenapa anda berhenti dari pekerjaan anda sebelumnya?
    Jawab dengan positif. Jangan jelek²in perusahaan kamu sebelumnya, apalagi ngomongin kejelekan bos/supervisor/temen kantor.
    Jawab dengan senyuman dan katakan hal-hal positif seperti “mencari kesempatan yg lebih baik untuk berkembang”, “mencari tantangan baru”, dan sejenisnya.
  3. Apa pengalaman Anda di bidang ini?
    Kalo kamu fresh graduate dan ngga punya pengalaman sama sekali, jawab aja dengan jujur. Tapi tambahkan statement bahwa kamu adalah orang yang senang mempelajari hal-hal/tantangan baru dan seorang fast learner. Kalo kamu ngga punya pengalaman di bidang itu (tp punya pengalaman di bidang lain), jawab aja senyambung mungkin.
    Contoh: Kamu ngelamar di bidang Marketing sementara pengalaman anda di Public Relation. Jawab aja kalau kamu punya basic excellent communication skill sewaktu bekerja sebagai PR yang pastinya merupakan modal untuk berinteraksi/communicate with customers.
  4. Apa yang Anda ketahui tentang perusahaan ini?
    Pertanyaan ini juga lumayan sering ditanyakan. That’s why sangat penting untuk melakukan background checking pada perusahaan yang kamu lamar. Bergerak dibidang apakah perusahaan itu? Bagaimana pencapaiannya? Range Marketnya?, dll. Informasi tsb bisa didapatkan via internet, company website/profile, atau lebih bagus lagi dari “orang dalam” yg bekerja di perusahaan tsb.
  5. Apakah anda sedang melamar di perusahaan lain selain disini?
    Jawab dengan jujur, tp jangan bahas kelamaan. Tetap fokus pada interview kamu yg skrg ini.
  6. Kenapa anda ingin bekerja di perusahaan ini?
    Jawaban atas pertanyaan ini harus dipikirkan dulu dan juga harus didasari oleh “background checking” yg sudah kamu lakukan ttg perusahaan tsb. Ketulusan menjawab bakal keliatan banget di pertanyaan ini. So, jawablah dengan jawaban yg berhubungan dengan tujuan karir anda jangka panjang.
  7. Apakah anda ada kenalan di perusahaan ini?
    Hati-hati ngejawab yg satu ini. Pada beberapa perusahaan tertentu ada kebijakan-kebijakan mengenai hal ini. So, kalo memang lowongan tersebut kamu ketahui dari teman/keluarga, tanyakan dulu kepada mereka mengenai kebijakan di perusahaannya.
  8. Berapa gaji yang anda inginkan?
    Hohohoho.. this is the ultimate question of all! Intinya disini: jangan gila! Jangan langsung jawab: “5juta pak, 10 juta pak!”
    Dan juga jangan malah malu-malu.. dan malah ngejawab “terserah bapak aja”.. Too Funny
    Yang bener, sebelom ngejawab tarik napas dulu sebentar (seolah-olah pura² mikir).. lalu nanya balik:
    “Maaf Pak, kalau boleh saya tahu, berapa range salary yang diberikan perusahaan ini untuk posisi ini?”
    “Kalo untuk posisi ini biasanya sekitar 2 sampai 2,5 juta”
    “Oh begitu. Begini Pak, kalau dari pihak saya, tentunya saya mengharapkan adanya peningkatan pendapatan dari pekerjaan saya yang sebelumnya.”
    “Memang sebelumnya salary anda berapa?”
    “(nah disinilah anda pasang ekspektasi gaji anda. Misalnya gaji anda sebelomnya 2jt, pastinya ngarepin lebih dong.. so mark-up sedikit jadi 2,5-3jt.. lebih boleh asal jangan gila)
    Kalo casenya si interviewer ngga ngasih tau range gajinya.. yah terpaksa kamu harus kasih range gaji yg kamu pengen. Untuk penetapan range ini, pertimbangkan segi biaya transportasi, uang makan, tunjangan kesehatan, gaji sebelumnya, job description nantinya, plus referensi dr temen²/kenalan kamu yang bekerja di bidang yg sama.
  9. Apakah anda bisa bekerja dalam tim?
    Selalu jawab IYA. This will add your plus points. Jangan lupa siapin examples kalo ditanya buktinya apa.
  10. Jika anda diterima bekerja disini, berapa lama anda berencana untuk bekerja?
    Jangan pernah jawab spesifik: “Paling lama 2 taon aja Pak, soalnya blablablabl”. something like this should work: “Saya ingin bekerja untuk waktu yang lama. Atau selama kedua belah pihak merasa bahwa saya melakukan pekerjaan saya dengan baik”
  11. Jelaskan mengapa perusahaan kami harus mempekerjakan anda?
    Jawab dengan semangat, percaya diri, dan antusias. Ini kesempatan bagus untuk “ngejual” diri anda. Katakan hal2 positif ttg diri kamu yang dibutuhkan perusahaan/bisa menunjang kemajuan perusahaan.
    Berikan beberapa alasan termasuk skill, pengalaman, dan interest kamu
  12. Apa saja kekuatan diri anda? (Your greatest strength)
    Kuncinya tetap berpikiran positif. Contoh2 yang bisa dipakai: kemampuan kamu untuk me-manage skala prioritas, kemampuan kamu untuk fokus pada pekerjaan, kemampuan kamu untuk bekerja di bawah tekanan, kemampuan kamu dalam pemecahan masalah, kemampuan kamu dalam memimpin team, dll.
  13. Apakah anda bersedia untuk bekerja lembur/bermalam/di akhir minggu?
    Jawab sejujur-jujurnya
  14. Apakah anda ada pertanyaan?
    Selalu siapkan satu dua pertanyaan untuk menimbulkan kesan positif. Misalnya seperti seputar job description, ruang lingkup kerja, market perusahaan, dll.
Berikut ini pertanyaan yang kadangkala keluar saat Interview:
  1. Menurut anda, apakah anda termasuk orang sukses?
    Pertanyaan ini WAJIB dijawab IYA disertai dengan penjelasan singkat.
    Misalnya: “Saya punya target dan tujuan² dalam hidup, dan saat ini saya sudah berada di dalam jalur pencapaian tujuan² tersebut. I’m on the right track!”
  1. Apa penilaian rekan kerja anda tentang anda?
    Nah kalo yang ini jangan ngarang.. karena kalo yg interview kamu seorang psikolog, bakal ketauan banget ngibulnya. That’s why sebaiknya kamu pernah nanya sama rekan kerja mengenai hal ini.
    Ambil yang positif aja. COntohnya: “Teman saya di perusahaan saya yang sebelumnya selalu berkata bahwa saya adalah seseorang yang idealis dan perfeksionis dalam bekerja.”
  2.  Hal-hal apa yang anda lakukan selama setahun terakhir ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan diri anda?
    Sebaiknya sih jangan ngarang karena nanti akan dituntut buktinya. Pertanyaan ini bisa dijawab seperti ini: “Saya mengikuti seminar A, training B, banyak membaca buku pengembangan diri, ikut kegiatan sosial, ikut organisasi, dll”
  3. Apakah anda pernah di PHK?
    Jika tidak bilang tidak. Jika iya, jujur aja.. dan jawab dengan singkat tanpa ngejelek-jelekin perusahaan/mantan bos yg mem-PHK anda, dan juga jangan “menjatuhkan” citra diri kamu secara terang2an.
  4. Ceritakan mengenai pekerjaan impian anda
    Jangan jawab jenis pekerjaan secara spesifik. Lebih baik tetap bersikap “umum” dengan jawaban seperti: Pekerjaan yang saya cintai, atmosfir lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, pekerjaan dimana saya bisa menyalurkan kreatifitas dan inovasi saya, dst.”
  5. Mana yang lebih penting: uang atau pekerjaan?
    Tidak ada jawaban yang lebih baik dari: “Uang selalu penting; tapi pekerjaan adalah yang terpenting”

  • To assist Estate Administration Superintendent and CEM Department for the following activities:
  • To acquire (own & rental) Land for RMX Plant expansion and monitor Land condition (maintenance) regularly.
  • To monitor the condition (maintenance) of all un-used Company’s Property assets under Asset Reduction Program.
  • To collect all information, data, and documents which are related to Land Acquisition process (including certificate, license and permit) and Asset Reduction Program.
Requirements:
  • Education:S-1 degree with 3 (three) years working experiences
  • Or Senior High School with 7 (seven) years working experiences
  • Qualification in commercial, business management or technical background, and from a recognized institution.
